CHPK is delighted to announce the acquisition of Propitas. This exciting merger brings Propitas into the CHPK Group, where they will partner with the Building Consultancy team to deliver an even broader range of services and resources to our clients.
With offices in London, Crawley, and Birmingham, Propitas is an independent Building and Project Consultancy providing expert, technical advice at all stages of the commercial property lifecycle.
Propitas’ team structure, key contacts, and client relationships will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity and stability for all clients. We’re confident that this partnership will strengthen both companies, allowing us to expand our client offerings with a more extensive pool of expertise.
