We’re pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Greaves as Managing Director of our Safety & Compliance Division, further strengthening the Group’s divisional leadership team as it continues to grow.
Jon brings extensive experience from across the compliance industry, having held senior Group Managing Director positions at Hydro-X Group, WCS Group, Marlowe Environmental Services and, most recently, Mitie.
In his new role, Jon will provide strategic oversight and operational leadership across Celnor’s growing Safety & Compliance Division. He will work closely with the leadership teams across the division to support business performance, encourage greater collaboration and strengthen operational delivery as the Group continues to scale.
Like many of the leaders across Celnor Group, Jon began his career in a technical role as an engineer before progressing into senior operational and leadership positions. His experience spans both smaller specialist businesses and larger organisations, giving him a strong understanding of the opportunities and challenges facing businesses at different stages of growth.
