We’re delighted to announce that Engineering and Testing Services (ETS) is joining our Built Environment Division, expanding our presence in the United States. ETS is a Virginia-based provider of geotechnical engineering and materials testing services to critical infrastructure.
Headquartered in Virginia Beach, ETS has supported critical infrastructure for more than two decades, delivering geotechnical engineering, subsurface exploration, materials testing, special inspection, and quality assurance services across Virginia and neighbouring states. The company works on a wide range of municipal, federal, transportation and commercial infrastructure projects, supported by a team of licensed engineers, inspectors, geologists, and laboratory specialists.
ETS also operates an advanced AASHTO-accredited soils and concrete laboratory and provides a comprehensive suite of services including drilling, foundation studies, structural inspections, and project management, enabling clients to maintain quality, manage risk and deliver projects efficiently.
ETS is led by Charlie Nabhan, Principal Engineer, and Colleen Nabhan, Director of Operations, who will continue to drive the business forward in their respective leadership roles.
