Celnor is proud to celebrate the graduation of the third cohort from our Leadership Development Programme (LDP), recognising another important milestone in our continued commitment to developing talented leaders across the Group.
Launched in September 2024, the Leadership Development Programme brings together 12 leaders from across Celnor’s four Divisions for a comprehensive 16-day development experience. The programme combines practical business knowledge with leadership-focused learning, helping participants strengthen their management capabilities, build confidence and develop the skills needed to lead successful teams.
Delivered over eight months, the programme covers a combination of Celnor-specific training and broader leadership development topics, including strategic thinking, communication, decision-making and people management. Participants gain a deeper understanding of Celnor’s values, culture and approach to business, equipping them to apply their learning within their own organisations.
An important part of the programme is the opportunity to build relationships with colleagues from across the Group. By bringing together leaders from different businesses and technical specialisms, the LDP encourages collaboration, knowledge sharing and a stronger understanding of the expertise and opportunities available across Celnor.

The Leadership Development Programme forms part of our wider Learning at Celnor initiative, alongside the Management Development Programme (MDP) and Sales Development Programme (SDP). Together, these programmes reflect Celnor’s commitment to providing meaningful learning and career development opportunities, helping colleagues at different stages of their careers develop their skills and reach their potential.
