Celnor is passionate about developing colleagues through Learning at Celnor. This includes, Leadership, Management, and Sales Development Programmes, often referred to as LDP, MDP, and SDP, with additional programmes in development. These are available to eligible colleagues across the Group and over 200 people have already benefited from them. Our training programmes are high-quality and tightly focused, designed to give participants a suite of relevant, practical skills and knowledge that enables them to lead effectively and develop teams more efficiently to deliver exceptional results.
Alongside developing colleagues’ skills, the programmes help build collaborative relationships across the Group, as well as within individual Celnor member companies.

Designed for current leaders and senior team members, the LDP reflects Celnor’s investment in the people who motivate and grow the business. It’s an immersive development experience covering a range of technical business skills and leadership topics. The eight-month programme is designed to help leaders lead themselves and others effectively, focus on personal development, and deepen their understanding of the Celnor way of working. It’s an opportunity to grow as a leader, build confidence, and align their skills with the organisation’s values and culture.

Aimed at first-time line managers and any line manager looking to sharpen their people management and recruitment skills, the MDP is a practical, two-day overnight programme that gives participants the confidence and skills to successfully lead and support their teams. The programme creates a great opportunity for networking and Group collaboration and runs in different locations throughout the year.

Introduced in direct response to feedback from LDP and MDP participants, the SDP helps colleagues strengthen account management, sales and client acquisition skills, alongside networking across the Group. Aimed at anyone whose role touches sales or business development, the three-day course covers account management, business development and lead generation – building the confidence and skills to understand client needs, grow existing accounts and win new business.
