We’re delighted to announce that three Celnor Group member companies have been appointed to a £4.5 million consultancy framework for Imperial War Museums (IWM), demonstrating the strength of collaboration across the Group’s specialist companies.
Riverside Environmental Services will lead delivery under the framework, supported by Brownfield Solutions and CHPK Group, providing specialist consultancy services across some of the UK’s most historically significant sites.
The appointment covers a broad scope of services including surveying, fire strategy and risk assessment, principal designer, and health & safety consultancy, alongside ground contamination and remediation consultancy.
Imperial War Museums operates five nationally important locations visited by more than two million people each year. These include Churchill War Rooms beneath Whitehall, HMS Belfast on the River Thames, IWM London, IWM Duxford and IWM North in Manchester.
The framework appointment reflects Celnor Group’s ability to bring together complementary expertise from across its businesses to support complex projects in sensitive and protected environments.
Riverside Environmental is the only SME appointed to the specialist services framework, working alongside larger national organisations. Through collaboration with Brownfield Solutions and CHPK Group, the project showcases the breadth of technical expertise available across the Celnor Group.
Jonathan Francis, Managing Director at Riverside Environmental, said the appointment demonstrates the advantages of operating within a collaborative specialist Group.
“Imperial War Museums is a nationally significant project and we are looking forward to working with our colleagues at Brownfield Solutions and CHPK Group to provide the services in Lot 1 of the framework. With access to skills and services across the country, and globally if needed, as part of Celnor Group, we can satisfy complex contract requirements and embark upon a broad range of exciting and diverse projects.”
Simon Parrington, CEO and Founder of Celnor Group, added:
“This high-profile framework appointment reflects the strength of the Group’s capabilities and the collaborative approach employed by the companies. Uniting specialist companies in the TICC sector, all of whom are entrepreneur-led, creates a unique group of experts who can effectively combine to deliver interesting and important contracts such as this.”
