Brownfield Solutions joins Geoenvironmental roster

Celnor has expanded its Geoenvironmental roster with the acquisition of Brownfield Solutions Limited, based in Northwich and Bromsgrove.

Simon Parrington, Celnor founder and Group CEO, commented, “Brownfield Solutions is a business with a strong reputation that will fit perfectly alongside GIP in our Geoenvironmental sector. The two companies offer complementary services, and this acquisition extends both our geographic coverage and technical capability. We are delighted to welcome James, Tony and the Brownfield Solutions team to Celnor and look forward to building on their successes over the coming years.”

Brownfield Solutions provides site investigation, contaminated land and risk assessment to support planning, due diligence, project feasibility, development design and remediation on both brownfield and greenfield sites.
