Celnor has acquired Vintec Laboratories, a Watford-based environmental surveying and testing provider.
Vintec provides a full range of services to both commercial and domestic customers, including asbestos surveys, testing and analysis. With a fully accredited state of the art laboratory, as well as a fleet of mobile labs, the team of 25 helps customers manage the risk of asbestos and other toxins to stay compliant with legislation.
James Brotherton, Director at Vintec, believes Celnor is a good home for Vintec. “We are really pleased to be joining Celnor Group. I’m convinced that this move will provide the support and complementary services we need to help us deliver our future growth plans.
