Celnor welcomes Sam McCarthy to the team

Celnor is pleased to welcome Sam McCarthy to the team, as Director of Mergers and Acquisitions.

Prior to joining Celnor Sam held a senior role at Marlowe plc, a £500m market cap AIM-listed business, where he was head of M&A for its Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) division.

Sam also sat on the board of Marlowe’s Occupational Health division after the acquisition of market leader Optima Health. His experience of both acquisitions and ongoing business enhancement will be key to driving Celnor forward. Sam seeks to help us identify, evaluate and execute strategic acquisitions to help grow the value of our company and we welcome his expertise.

Sam holds a BA in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford and is a chartered accountant.
