Celnor Group, a platform for testing, inspection, certification and compliance (TICC) launches with a starting line up of three acquired businesses.
Celnor Group is backed by Inflexion private equity, which has industry-leading expertise in the TICC market. Member companies include Kent-based Riverside Environmental, Watford-based Vintec Laboratories, and Wolverhampton-based Ground Investigation and Piling (GIP).

Celnor will consolidate a highly fragmented TICC market across two areas: Life Sciences will provide testing and scientific services to customers active in the Biochemicals, Industrials and Pharmaceuticals industries. Environmental and Industrial Services will focus on testing, inspection and certification of assets, people and processes, such as testing for workplace safety.
