We are delighted to announce that Ingédiag is joining our Safety and Compliance division. Established in 2008 and based in Vandoeuvre-lès-Nancy, Ingédiag offers comprehensive environmental monitoring and testing services across the Grand Est region.
Ingédiag provides a wide range of compliance and testing services tailored for homeowners, property developers, and construction contractors. Their highly experienced team delivers certified and rapid results, ensuring projects meet regulatory standards efficiently and with confidence. From asbestos, lead, gas, and electricity consultancy and analysis to mandatory diagnostics for sales and rentals, they cover all essential property requirements with precision and reliability. They also support clients with more complex needs, including disabled access compliance and structural assessments.
Beyond regulatory testing, they provide unique services such as thermal studies, energy audits, renovation advice, and advanced 3D modelling. Their specialists guide clients through every stage of a project, from feasibility studies and ADEME-subsidised audits to regional climate-energy contracts, offering support across homes, shared properties, public-access facilities, and commercial buildings. By combining technical expertise with modern tools like thermography, airtightness testing, and hygrometry, Ingédiag helps optimise building performance, improve energy efficiency, and ensure long-term compliance and sustainability.
