We are delighted to announce that we have won the Vision 2025 Award for London & South East in the medium category presented during the BVCA Summit on 10 September 2025.
The Vision 2025 Awards celebrate the best-performing teams of 2024 backed by private capital. The judging considers not only growth, competitiveness, and innovation, but also how businesses approach sustainability and respond to the challenges of the year, with a strong focus on future resilience. The BVCA Summit is one of the UK’s most significant gatherings for venture capital and private equity, bringing together leading investors, portfolio companies, and government representatives. This year’s event featured senior voices including MPs, London’s Deputy Mayor for Business Howard Dawber, and Chancellor of the Exchequer Rachel Reeves.
Since launching in October 2023, we’ve scaled rapidly, attracting strong private capital interest. Our success is built on a clear vision: to be the most trusted home for ambitious, specialist TICC businesses and their clients, enabling growth through investment and collaboration. To drive business performance and long-term value, we focus on strengthening the employee value proposition, delivering targeted growth projects, and leveraging the benefits of being part of a wider group, while preserving each company’s day to day autonomy.
For our colleagues across the Group, this award is more than a trophy, it is recognition of the hard work, ambition, and collaboration that have defined our journey so far.
Chief People Officer, Anushka Bakshi, collecting the award on behalf of Celnor commented: “It may just seem like a small thing, but recognition matters. It is a tremendous accomplishment to be commended for the hard work and dedication of our people. I am extremely proud of all our colleagues who made this possible, and we are delighted that Celnor is officially an award-winning Group! Backed by Inflexion, we have been able to deliver on our strategy and excel in building a group that is already making an impact.”
“Inflexion is delighted that Celnor has been recognised with a BVCA Vision Award and congratulates the management team on their outstanding achievement. Since partnering with Inflexion in October 2023, Celnor has scaled rapidly to become a leading TICC platform, combining strong organic growth with a disciplined integration strategy. We are proud to support Simon Parrington and his team as they continue to build a platform of scale, expand into new markets, and deliver critical services and data to customers worldwide.” Dominic Clark, Investment Director, Inflexion.
A member of the judging panel commented afterwards on how impressed they were with Celnor’s trajectory and leadership. That sentiment was shared widely across the event.
“This award is a great acknowledgement of the hard work, commitment, and passion shown by the entire Celnor team over the last 2 years and we’re really honoured to win it. With the backing of Inflexion since our first acquisition, we’ve achieved significant organic growth, whilst making 31 acquisitions and building a scaled back office platform to support 1,700 colleagues and annual revenues in excess of £170m.” Simon Parrington, Celnor Founder and CEO.
The Summit also included valuable discussions on the future of investment across the UK, including a panel with Campbell Andersen MP on unlocking growth in the nations and regions. Themes such as improving transport links, building stronger partnerships with northern universities, and unlocking regional talent pools resonated strongly with our own belief in the importance of sustainable, nationwide growth.
Winning a Vision 2025 Award is a milestone for Celnor, but it is also just the beginning. We are very excited to continue building a group that delivers for our businesses, our people, and the communities we serve.
