Celnor Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Jon Fowler as its new Chief Operating Officer (COO). Celnor Group is a Testing, Inspection, Certification and Compliance business that consists of over 20 companies, that deliver essential data, consultancy, and insights to over 5,000 clients, helping protect people, property, and the environment.
Simon Parrington, who founded Celnor in 2023 expressed his confidence in Jon Fowler’s appointment “Jon’s vast experience in scaling and growing service businesses, particularly in testing, and inspection, makes him a perfect fit for Celnor’s ambitious future. His focus will be on supporting the company’s continued organic growth and operational support, ensuring our growth journey continues.”
With over 34 years of leadership experience, Jon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company, having successfully led businesses across multiple sectors, including both private and public service industries. His career spans entrepreneurship, corporate roles in both listed and privately owned companies, and international mergers and acquisitions.
Before joining Celnor, Jon was the Managing Director of a diverse portfolio of hard, soft, and compliance services at OCS Group, where he played a pivotal role in driving significant growth. This growth ultimately led to the sale of the company to a large private equity firm. Jon’s extensive background also includes senior leadership roles at Wincanton Plc, Iron Mountain Inc., and Hays Plc, as well as running his own businesses, such as Transalarch Seguridad Group.
