Celnor is proud to celebrate the graduation of cohort 1 from our Leadership Development Programme (LDP), marking a major milestone in our commitment to empowering and developing leaders across the Group.
Launched in September 2024, the Leadership Development Programme brings together groups of 12 leaders from across Celnor businesses for a 16-day immersive development experience. The programme combines technical business learning with leadership-focused modules designed to strengthen management skills, inspire collaboration, and promote personal growth.
Delivered over eight months, sessions have covered a blend of Celnor-specific training and broader leadership themes. Participants have also gain valuable insight into the Celnor way of working, helping them lead both themselves and their teams with confidence and consistency. Beyond skill-building, the programme fosters strong cross-business relationships, creating a supportive network that encourages knowledge sharing and teamwork across the Group.
Anushka Bakshi, Chief People Officer, commented:
“Seeing our first group of leaders progress through the programme and put their learning into practice has been hugely rewarding. Their growth over the past year reflects the dedication and enthusiasm that drives Celnor forward. We’re incredibly proud of what they’ve achieved and excited to see the impact they’ll continue to make across the Group. Congratulations to you all.”
Simon Parrington, CEO and Founder of Celnor, added:
“It’s been inspiring to watch our first cohort grow in confidence and capability over the past year. Each leader has demonstrated real commitment to their development and to the success of their teams. Over the past year, participants have embraced every challenge, built meaningful relationships, and developed as confident leaders who will help shape the future of our Group. Investing in our people is central to Celnor’s success and the LDP demonstrates our long-term commitment to developing talent from within.”
The programme sits alongside the Management Development Programme (MDP), as part of Celnor’s wider Learning at Celnor initiative, offering personal development opportunities for colleagues at every level.
