MATtest Site Services Ltd and Construction Materials Testing Ltd join forces as part of Celnor’s expanded materials testing service offering

Celnor Group are pleased to announce the acquisition of Construction Materials Testing Ltd (CMT) to work alongside MATtest Site Services Ltd as part of Celnor’s Built Environment division.

Based in Airdrie, CMT have an established track record in materials testing across Scotland having been established by Ronnie Woods in 2004. CMT are a team of 17 providing site-based materials testing and sampling with testing undertaken at their UKAS laboratory and through other laboratory partners.

MATtest Site Services Limited (MSSL) joined Celnor in 2023 have been working closely together with CMT for a number of years delivering site materials testing and certification services and the acquisition strengthens the Celnor group offering in the Scottish market. The two businesses will work alongside each other to expand our capacity and quality of delivery for our customers across the central belt and throughout Scotland.
