The LDP and MDP are two of many ways in which Celnor is investing in our teams and supporting progression from within.
The trainees embark on a three-year programme consisting of on the job training, mentorship, self-studying, and courses/examinations. As they progress through the programme and achieve milestones this is reflected in their overall compensation package.
By the end of the three years, those trainees who have passed all relevant courses and examinations will be dual skilled and well trained in both asbestos surveying and analytical work and will eventually meet the criteria for a Project Manager role within the business. Not only will we have more expertly trained staff, but we’ll also have staff who have absorbed the culture of the business for three years and most importantly, we’ll have staff our customers can trust.
“The academy appealed to me because it demonstrates the company’s emphasis on developing their own employees. The program is well-structured and provides a clear route to become an asbestos consultant/project manager with achievable milestones and foreseeable rewards. Every day can be different, varying from visiting sites for surveying and air monitoring to working on theory courses.”
