CHPK Group acquires Green Building Design, expanding services engineering services

CHPK is delighted to announce the acquisition of Green Building Design a leading independent building services engineering and low-carbon consultancy based in Hertfordshire. This strategic move brings Green Building Design into the CHPK Group, where they will collaborate with CHPK’s Services Engineering team to enhance the range of services and expertise available to clients. 

With a well-established reputation for delivering expert technical advice across all stages of the commercial property lifecycle, Green Building Design specialises in sustainable, energy-efficient solutions that support the transition to a low-carbon built environment. 

Green Building Design’s team structure, key contacts, and client relationships will remain unchanged, ensuring continuity and stability for all clients. This acquisition strengthens both companies, allowing us to expand our service offering with a broader pool of expertise while maintaining the same high standards of client-focused, bespoke consultancy.
