Simon
Simon Parrington
Founder & Group CEO
Simon founded Celnor in 2023, before which he was the Group CEO at Cawood Scientific, a fast-growing testing business primarily focused on agriculture. During his three-year tenure, he led seven acquisitions and introduced a significant modernisation programme.

Cawood was sold to US based conglomerate EBI in late 2021. Simon spent much of his earlier career as Managing Director and majority shareholder of SOYL, a pioneering and market-leading agri-tech business.
Anushka
Anushka Bakshi
Chief People Officer
Anushka joined Celnor in August 2024. She has extensive experience in HR, spanning a variety of industries over two decades. Her most recent roles include Chief People Officer at a public relations and communications group, HR Director at a global healthcare communications firm and has a long history of HR consultancy across a variety of sectors.

Anushka’s approach is to steer away from rigid HR processes and find creative bespoke solutions; understanding the intricacies of every business function enables Anushka to offer unparalleled insights and guidance.
Sam
Sam McCarthy
Director of M&A
Sam McCarthy joined Celnor in 2023 as Director of M&A. Prior to joining Celnor Sam held a senior role at Marlowe plc, a £500m market cap AIM-listed business, where he was head of M&A for its Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) and Occupational Health businesses.

Sam also sat on the board of Optima Health, the UK’s leading occupational health and safety business. Sam has led 50+ deals and is responsible for identifying, executing, and integrating strategic acquisitions for Celnor.
Jon Fowler
Chief Operating Officer
Jon joined Celnor in January 2025, with over 34 years of leadership experience. Jon brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the company, having successfully led businesses across multiple sectors, including both private and public service industries.

Before joining Celnor, Jon was the Managing Director of a diverse portfolio of hard, soft, and compliance services at OCS Group, where he played a pivotal role in driving significant growth. Jon’s extensive background also includes senior leadership roles at Wincanton Plc, Iron Mountain Inc., and Hays Plc.
Jared
Jared Lozo
CEO, North America
Jared joined Celnor in 2025, bringing over 15 years of experience driving growth across industrial markets. He has held senior leadership roles as President of Eurofins Environmental Testing Northeast and AFB International, where he delivered success through acquisitions, market expansion, and operational excellence.

With an MBA from Clarkson University and a background in supply chain management, Jared has also led major transformation initiatives at Ensign-Bickford Industries and Crane Co. He specialises in strategy, continuous improvement, and building high-performing teams.
Simon CJ
Simon Clennell-Jones
Divisional MD, Built Environment
Simon joined Celnor in January 2024. Previously, Simon has worked at WSP, ARCADIS and, most recently, Delta-Simons, where he was instrumental in the growth of the geoenvironmental, geotechnical and transactional due diligence divisions into one of the UK’s leading independent land contamination consultancy providers.

He was part of the leadership team that sold the Delta-Simons business to Lucion Group in 2021.

Neil Cox
Neil Cox
Chairman
Neil joined Celnor to support the team in building the Group through acquisition and organic growth. With an engineering degree from Cambridge University and an MBA from Manchester Business School, Neil brings a wealth of expertise to help Celnor and its member companies achieve their ambitions.

His career includes many years at Sovereign Capital and NM Rothschild. He is also Chairman of Dains Accountants.
Nigel
Nigel Patrick
Non-Executive Director
Nigel joined Celnor in August 2023 following a long career in the testing and analysis industry at Cawood Scientific Ltd. At Cawood, he led the group’s organic and inorganic expansion. In 2010, he led a management buyout, and over the following 12 years held CEO and NED roles through three rounds of ownership until he left the business in 2021.

Nigel’s vast industry experience will be invaluable to Celnor as we grow the Group over the coming years.
Dominic
Dominic Clark
Non-Executive Director
Dominic is an Assistant Director at Inflexion responsible for evaluating and executing transactions, as well as supporting the origination of investment opportunities. Prior to joining Inflexion in 2024, Dominic spent seven years at Exponent, where he completed a number of mid-market investments across a range of sectors, with a particular focus on professional and financial services.

Dominic began his career at Barclays and has also worked at Terra Firma. Outside of work, Dominic enjoys music, is a long-suffering West Ham fan and has developed a more recent appreciation for all things outdoors.
